Inventory Coordinator
Libby, MT: A leading provider of communication and response products is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator II. This company stands at the forefront of technological advancement, ensuring reliable, robust, and customized communication systems for clients worldwide. The Inventory Control Coordinator II supports daily material handling and ensures inventory accuracy. This entry-level role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, organizing and storing inventory, and preparing kits for production use. The position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Starting Wage: $22 to $24/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time Benefits for long-term employees include: health insurance and 401(k) with company match, 3 weeks of paid time off, 6 paid holidays, and a quarterly incentive plan. Essential Functions and Duties: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips; identify and report discrepancies or damage Label, organize, and store inventory; pick parts and assemble kits for production, delivering them to the appropriate areas Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin management, and reconciliation in the ERP system Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), and use proper packaging/shipping methods Support inventory optimization, scrap documentation, and kitting strategies aligned with production needs Train and mentor Level 1 team members, collaborate with purchasing and production teams, and uphold safety and organizational standards Qualifications: Understanding of transportation methods (air, rail, sea, road) and their costs and benefits Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and distribution optimization Further education and 2 to 4 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Forklift experience/certification preferred; valid driver's license required; committed to upholding company values High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Call or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-9148
