Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Basic Qualifications:
20+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC operations, including management and engineering Experience in scaling solutions Experience in business development or capture roles Knowledge of tactical and strategic systems such as WGS, AEHF, DSCS, UVIDS, and GBS Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM Knowledge of major cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment Ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions in analytics, digital transformation, engineering, or cyber domains TS / SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting the Global Defense market or similar mission-focused federal clients Experience with agile development, cloud architectures, and emerging technologies in the national defense space Experience with technical writing and client presentation Experience with technical solutioning for classified environments Ability to effectively communicate and manage large technical projects Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation:
