We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Health Applications team in building cutting-edge EHR products. This role involves leveraging cloud technologies, microservices architecture on Kubernetes, modern UI frameworks, and innovative Conversational and Generative AI capabilities. As an experienced technical expert, you will design and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions while collaborating with a team of engineers across the globe.
Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement end-to-end AI-based automation solutions for cloud based EHR products.
Develop and scale AIOps systems leveraging machine learning for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and self-healing of EHR environments.
Design, develop, and implement advanced EHR solutions using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable and maintainable systems.
Drive the adoption of modern UI frameworks and AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Ensure high-quality engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Serve as an expert escalation point by triaging complex customer-reported issues that require in-depth technical analysis beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
Perform thorough root cause analysis of critical incidents, document findings, recommend solutions or workarounds, and drive effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on customers.
Continuously contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the support function.
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in software development, automation engineering, or related fields, with substantial experience in AI/ML frameworks across OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven expertise implementing AI/ML solutions in production, preferably focused on AI operations (AIOps), automation, and observability.
Experience in Solution Design for customer engagements, specifically in the EHR and Healthcare Integration space.
Proficient in Java, with experience in scripting languages such as Python and Shell for automating and optimizing workflows in clinical applications.
In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes for scalable, cloud-native EHR applications.
Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support for customers.
Strong knowledge of SQL and healthcare data management; familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HL7/FHIR standards for interoperability.
Risk management mindset with ability to identify potential risks and develop effective workarounds and resolutions in healthcare workflows.
Broad knowledge across EHR integration processes, healthcare SaaS, partner products/services, and third-party systems.
Automation and SOP development to improve operational efficiency in EHR integrations and clinical services.
Customer support and implementation guidance; experience deploying EHR solutions.
Knowledge base development and maintenance for EHR services and troubleshooting techniques.
Agile development practices in a global environment and continuous delivery mindset.
Continuous learning of Oracle EHR advancements and healthcare IT best practices.
