Overview
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand its presence in the grocery and convenience channels nationwide. This leader will take ownership of the company’s partnership with Crossmark, driving measurable growth while managing and motivating sales representatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing rep groups and building channel strategies in grocery, backed by strong analytical and data-driven sales skills. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with regular in-office presence expected. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company’s grocery and convenience sales strategy, building on current regional presence. Direct and oversee agency partners, Crossmark, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Develop and execute sales presentations and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and syndicated data sources. Deliver quantifiable results in expanding grocery distribution and sales performance. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to create actionable growth strategies. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to support product placement and promotional success. Drive accountability and performance across all rep groups under management. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing rep groups in the grocery channel Proven success in growing sales in the grocery channel. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and data analysis. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Results-oriented with a data-driven sales mindset. Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area. Seniorities and Employment
