United States . This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and optimization of their web-to-app funnels. Success in this position means helping customers unlock the full potential of the platform, driving adoption, and ensuring satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on analytics, campaign performance, and growth strategies while collaborating closely with internal teams to relay feedback and support product improvements. Accountabilities Guide new clients through onboarding, integration, and campaign launch processes. Act as a strategic advisor, offering recommendations on funnel optimization, analytics, and user acquisition. Monitor client performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, reporting issues, and following up with product teams. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Provide detailed product support and assist with complex use cases as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client success and optimize platform adoption. Requirements Proven experience in

Customer Success

at SaaS companies, ideally in mobile or digital products. Solid understanding of mobile analytics, user acquisition, and performance tracking (e.g., Amplitude, Facebook Ads). Strong communication skills in

English

(B2+ or higher). Highly

independent, proactive, and self-motivated , able to own projects and outcomes. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with support or CRM tools is a plus. Knowledge of funnel performance, mobile monetization, or growth strategies is advantageous. Benefits Join a
