About Us: We are a growing glass company specializing in Commercial glass, and custom glass installations. Our team values professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations and support the smooth running of our office.

Position Overview: The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and handling key financial duties to ensure efficient operations. This role requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing both administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members Maintain organized filing systems and office records Assist with customer communications, order tracking, and invoicing Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and office policies Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Familiarity with invoicing, AP/AR, and general bookkeeping practices Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus What We Offer:
