The Branch Manager oversees the profitable operation of a multimillion-dollar manufacturing and distribution business. They manage all inside sales, warehouse, fabrication, and distribution operations within the branch. They lead daily activities aimed at ensuring employee safety, production accuracy, and optimal performance. Manager Responsibilities

Leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals. Setting clear objectives and expectations for team members. Providing coaching, support, and feedback to improve team performance. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Acting as a liaison between upper management and staff. Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Implementing strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Addressing personnel issues and fostering a positive work environment. Managing hiring and termination processes. Overseeing timecard management. Conducting performance management activities. Responsibilities

Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inside sales, warehouse, fabrication, and distribution operations across the organization. Optimizes branch-level performance by ensuring daily execution of SOPs. Recruits, trains, and supports professionals in inside sales, warehouse, fabrication, and distribution, while conducting regular performance appraisals. Provides training to enhance overall branch performance in line with operational standards. Ensures inventory accuracy through effective process development, adherence, and management. Manages daily, weekly, and monthly staffing needs to achieve key performance indicators. Creates a healthy, engaging, and enjoyable work environment. Promotes safety in work processes by supporting company and branch safety programs. Controls the complete Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business to ensure profitability. Hire, develops, coaches, and trains employees. Holds the team accountable for productivity, attendance, and goal achievement. Provide continuous feedback to employees and conduct annual performance reviews. Performs additional duties as assigned or required. Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Over 5 years of experience in leading a team for distribution operations and managing profit and loss (P&L) in the same or a similar industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Capable of strategic thinking while also being willing to perform hands-on work and develop actionable plans. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for troubleshooting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding mathematical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel. A skilled strategic thinker who actively engages in tasks to create actionable plans. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Thrives collaboratively in a team environment. Detailed-oriented work style, comfortable with juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a consistent work approach. Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test. Benefits

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, plus benefits, bonus potential Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
