About Us webAI is pioneering the future of artificial intelligence by establishing the first distributed AI infrastructure dedicated to personalized AI. We recognize the evolving demands of a data-driven society for scalability and flexibility, and we firmly believe that the future of AI lies in distributed processing at the edge, bringing computation closer to the source of data generation. Our mission is to build a future where a company\'s valuable data and intellectual property remain entirely private, enabling the deployment of large-scale AI models directly on standard consumer hardware without compromising the information embedded within those models. We are developing an end-to-end platform that is secure, scalable, and fully under the control of our users, empowering enterprises with AI that understands their unique business. We are a team driven by

truth, ownership, tenacity, and humility .

About the Role As a Senior or Principal Product Manager for our Platform, you will be a key driver behind the services and infrastructure that form the backbone of webAI. You will own the strategy and execution for core areas of our platform, focusing on creating world-class developer experiences, scaling our systems, and ensuring our platform is reliable, secure, and compliant. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver infrastructure that empowers our engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build securely and at speed.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for foundational platform areas: gather requirements from internal customers, write detailed product specifications, prioritize backlogs, and work with engineering teams to ship high-quality products.

Act as a key product leader and bridge between Engineering, AI/ML, Security, Data, and other product teams to ensure platform initiatives are tightly aligned with organizational needs and technical realities.

Mentor other product managers and lead by influence, driving alignment and execution across multiple engineering squads and stakeholder groups without direct authority.

Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of platform products. Clearly communicate your product\'s performance, value, and impact to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements & Skills

7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years focused on technical, platform, or infrastructure products.

Demonstrated success in shipping and scaling secure, reliable platforms that power customer-facing products, preferably in an AI or fintech environment.

Deep understanding of developer platforms, modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs), data infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Strong familiarity with the AI/ML product development lifecycle, model infrastructure, and MLOps principles.

Exceptional ability to lead through influence, drive consensus among senior engineers and stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A product mindset balanced with strong technical fluency and a bias for action.

Understanding of DORA metrics to track engineering efficiency, guide platform strategy, and demonstrate the impact of developer productivity initiatives

Exposure to LLM infrastructure, prompt orchestration, or AI agent frameworks.
