About the Role
CrowdStrike's Data Science organization is looking for a champion of data analytics to join our team. Your goal as a Sr. Data Analyst within the Data Science organization will be to measure and quantify the impact of Data Science's ML and AI models in partnership with our operational teams. You will navigate the complex landscape of CrowdStrike's technical and organizational infrastructure to design analyses that offer quantitative business insights from CrowdStrike's myriad data sources. What You'll Do
Leverage your passion for data analysis and visualization to develop concise and informative reports illustrating the impact of new ML and AI models on customer outcomes. Build a culture of data-driven decision-making amongst security-oriented analysts. Develop techniques for accurate measurement of model metrics in the face of substantial data collection. Provide support, guidance, and training on data analysis tooling, best practices, and communication to Data Science Operational team members as needed. What You'll Need:
A Bachelor's (or higher) degree in a STEM field, or one with equivalent experience in quantitative data analysis. 8+ Years experience in data analysis including large data sets, data visualization, stratified analysis, uncertainty quantification, impact quantification, executive summarization. Expertise in prototyping and designing metrics, visualization, dashboards and reports, data analyses, and experiments with actionable insights is required. Expert-level proficiency with python, excel and google sheets for data analysis applications. Expert level proficiency with SQL, data schema design, data warehousing design. Ability to quickly master and integrate data stored in myriad storage and processing systems. Bonus Points:
