The Value of Working With Us Shift-based schedule with consistent hours Monday – Friday Full – time position Mix of inpatient and outpatient care Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice fromvacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $373,125 and $408,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group.
