Job Description The Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas: Structural Inspections Reserve Studies Water Intrusion Investigation Property Turnover Surveys Concrete Restoration Painting and Waterproofing Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI) Property Conditions Surveys Asphalt Pavement Evaluations Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement Roof Consulting & Design Expert Witness Services Seawalls & Retaining Walls Building Sciences Project Management Building Envelope (O.A.R.) Services Milestone Inspections Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications
BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years experience and registered PE license Special Inspector License Required Experience managing projects independently and leading a team Experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration Hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff and clients Additional Information
