Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CMMS - System Architect eMaintenance. This position can sit in one of the following locations on a hybrid schedule: Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX; Menomonee Falls, WI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; or Beachwood, OH.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,749.97 - $159,499.96 a year.
What You’ll Do
Job Summary
This position is responsible for defining and communicating architectural vision for Fluke eMaint CMMS to enable support current and future business needs.
Ensuring that the system architecture meets organizational needs, integrates seamlessly with other systems, and is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements, define system components, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Optimizing system performance and ensuring the successful integration of Fluke eMaint CMMS with other enterprise systems.
Consider solutions, validate technology assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and converge on a solution.
The System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails.
Job Responsibilities
Design and Architecture:
Lead the design and strategy for the Fluke eMaint CMMS architecture.
Define system components and interfaces to meet business requirements.
Develop scalable and reusable integration frameworks.
Integration
Design and document integration workflows for seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms.
Collaboration
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and define use cases.
Work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Performance And Optimization
Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Conduct usability tests to verify user experience and system functionality.
Implement best practices for system design and integration.
Documentation And Reporting
Prepare detailed documentation of system architecture and integration processes.
Maintain records of design operations and decisions.
Update senior management on the progress of system design and integration.
Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in systems architecture integrations.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience of deploying Fluke eMaint CMMS.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX; Menomonee Falls, WI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC, or Beachwood: OH will be considered.
Technical knowledge
Proven experience with Fluke eMaint CMMS.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code integration tools.
Demonstrate understanding of Fluke eMaint CMMS functionalities like preventive, predictive, reactive maintenance, MRO, labour management, work order management, reporting and analysis etc.
Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts.
Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes. General understanding of DevSecOps principles.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as encryption, hashing, certificates, PKIs, Threat Modeling, secure coding, and OWASP.
Practical knowledge and experience with JIRA, Signavio.
