Portfolio Valuation Scope The Vice President will be dedicated to executing client engagements and growing Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of finance and valuation, including valuation of oil and gas assets. Responsibilities

Leading FVA portfolio valuation teams Leading business and financial due diligence sessions with clients Providing leadership and guidance towards valuing companies, businesses, and securities Directing the efforts of Associates and Financial Analysts Reviewing published financial information and third-party reports Presenting valuation analyses and conclusions internally and externally Managing client deliverables Assisting in building and reviewing complex financial models Assisting in quality control, execution, and industry consultation Creative content development, thought leadership, and collaboration across service lines Leading internal discussions and preparing summaries for internal and external circulation Assisting in the preparation of quarterly energy market updates Coordinating with internal administrative support teams Preparing fee proposals to clients Pitching engagements and leading in business development initiatives Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients Qualifications

Minimum of six years of experience in financial services Prior equity and/or debt valuation or related experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilities Demonstrated experience managing Analysts/Associates or other personnel Entrepreneurial attitude and strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common database systems Preferred Qualifications

Big Four valuation or independent valuation consultants experience Master’s degree or progress towards an advanced degree CFA designation Compensation And Benefits Houlihan Lokey offers a competitive total compensation package, which may include discretionary incentive compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $225,000.
