Advocate Health Care The range for this role is $53.80/hr - $80.70/hr. Major Responsibilities
Clinical responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and determine/alter treatment and management plans. Manage conditions based on clinical indication, evidence-based care, cost effectiveness, and assessment of risks/benefits and alternatives. Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management counseling and education of patients and families. Manage patients as part of an interdisciplinary team and within scope of practice. Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Other Responsibilities
Participate in quality, safety, and peer review initiatives/performance activities. Participate in education and/or onboarding of new team members, students, and other health care professionals. Seek experiences to maintain and develop clinical and professional skills. Maintain standards of productivity, access, face-to-face time, and quality metrics. License/Registration/Certification Required
Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice. Active national board certification in area of clinical practice and populations served. Active DEA registration prior to hire. Active BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical practice. Education and Experience Required
Master’s Degree in Nursing. No experience required. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team. Excellent communication skills. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the workday. Must have functional speech, vision, touch, and hearing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist. Must be able to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
