The Role We’re looking for a versatile Front-End Developer/Designer who thrives in direct-to-consumer e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for rapidly building, designing, and testing landing pages that convert — from cloning pages and launching A/B tests to fine-tuning layouts in Figma. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) where you’ll partner with marketing to

run continuous experiments

and ensure our front-end experience stays modern, responsive, and conversion-focused. What You’ll Do Build and launch responsive landing pages (mobile-first). Clone pages and deploy A/B and multivariate test variants fast. Tweak layouts, CTAs, and imagery in Figma. Add and validate tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel). Optimize for

speed, conversions, and accessibility . Benchmark our funnels against top DTC brands. Own a reusable front-end component library for scale. Must-Haves 4+ years front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS). Portfolio of

live consumer-facing websites/landing pages . Experience in e-commerce / DTC funnels. Hands-on A/B testing or CRO work (please describe). Strong eye for

conversion-focused design . Comfort with Figma + simple image editing. Fast, collaborative, ownership-driven mindset. Nice-to-Haves Experience with React/Next.js, Angular, or Vue. Familiarity with PHP templating, Tailwind, or Bootstrap. Proven wins improving conversion rates through UX/UI enhancements. Page speed optimization and accessibility best practices.
