FMS Management Analyst, Senior

customer. Responsibilities
Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities. Participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Program/Case Manager. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT-directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Required Experience and Education
Ten (10) or more years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. MA/MS degree. Allowable substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to 129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
