Director, Pricing & Data Analytics at StandardAero – Cincinnati, OH. At StandardAero, we use our ingenuity and know-how to find solutions for the simple to the most complex challenges in aviation. The Component Repair Services (CRS) segment focuses on the MRO of commercial, military and land & marine engine components and accessories. The Director of Pricing and Data Analytics leads the organization\'s pricing strategy and analytics function to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role blends pricing science, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to influence pricing models, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for business optimization. Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Design and implement pricing models aligned with market dynamics, customer segments, and business goals. Lead price setting, discounting frameworks, and value-based pricing initiatives. Evaluate and refine pricing architecture across products, channels, and regions. Data Analytics & Insights: Develop and lead the data analytics roadmap to support commercial decisions across marketing, sales, and finance. Build and manage dashboards, reporting systems, and predictive models using advanced analytics and BI tools. Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities. Revenue Management: Partner with finance and sales to forecast revenue, monitor performance, and measure pricing effectiveness. Implement margin management and profitability analysis frameworks. Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for pricing decisions and go-to-market strategies. Negotiation Leadership: Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners. Ensure terms are commercially sound and aligned with strategic objectives. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and pricing specialists. Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to integrate analytics into strategic planning. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pricing strategy, data analytics, or revenue management, with 4+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience with pricing methodologies (cost-plus, value-based, competitive-based, dynamic pricing). Previous experience supporting aviation/aerospace or MRO required. Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and data visualization. Excellent leadership, communication, and business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of StandardAero products, processes, and customer requirements. Some travel may be required.
