Overview

Senior Analyst, Global Delivery Performance Management at Wayfair. The Global Performance Management team translates business problems into actionable insights and data-driven solutions to influence operational results. Members excel at both qualitative and quantitative analysis and communicate to tell a concise story. The team leverages an end-to-end view of the supply chain, identifying opportunity areas, building business cases, and collaborating with operations on implementation. The team also manages the data infrastructure for the Transportation & Delivery (T&D) group and partners with upstream teams to maintain sources of truth and metric definitions. What You'll Do

Perform analysis across large data sets to develop performance insights and highlight operational opportunities. Develop key metrics and reporting to measure how initiatives improve Wayfair’s performance and help identify trends, root causes, and action plans. Design new initiatives leveraging Supply Chain principles to improve the speed and capabilities of Wayfair’s delivery network. Apply critical thinking to challenge existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain buy-in from stakeholders on proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations and Tech to support the rollout of new operational initiatives and/or tech capabilities. Ensure alignment between Wayfair’s business objectives and data-driven strategies. Conduct thorough ad-hoc analyses. Build dashboards to translate large data sets into actionable insights. Monitor KPIs and assess progress against business objectives, occasionally presenting findings to senior leadership. What You'll Need

Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI). Experience in Supply Chain and/or E-Commerce is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset that thrives in a team environment. Data- and process-oriented with the ability to learn new tools continuously. High attention to detail and data integrity to deliver trusted insights. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to navigate a continuous improvement environment and work through ambiguity in an evolving organization. Base pay range

$104,500.00/yr - $118,250.00/yr The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. (The range shown is provided by Wayfair.)
