Key Responsibilities:
Manage GAAP-based fund accounting and quarterly financial reporting for co-investment vehicles
Prepare investor-facing materials, including decks and capital raising documents
Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and financial statement preparation
Support strategic financial communications across teams, including investor relations
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in fund performance reporting and internal analysis
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of public accounting experience (Big Four preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP and audit processes
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations
Preferred Skills:
CPA or pursuing CPA designation
Experience with Investran or similar private equity accounting systems
Ability to create investor-ready communication materials
