Successful candidates will be motivated by 100% commission At least three years of experience in Investment Sales with a proven track record Forward-thinking and entrepreneurial-minded, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and a knack for winning over clients Team-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate with other brokers and support staff to ensure success across all levels of the business Seniority level
