Engagement Managers in Healthcare & Life Sciences ensure deliverables exceed expectations and build enduring client relationships. They are leaders who guide multidisciplinary teams, design rigorous analyses, and present findings that inform critical strategic and policy decisions.
At Keystone you will work on high-impact projects, such as assessing the commercial viability of new therapies, modeling the competitive impact of market entry, evaluating pricing and reimbursement strategies, and analyzing the economic implications of healthcare policy changes. You will collaborate with recognized academic experts from top universities including Stanford, Harvard, MIT, and Wharton, leading teams through complex datasets, advanced modeling, and strategic framing. You will transform data into insights that drive decisions for clients navigating a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
This role offers breadth, independence, and the opportunity to develop into a future practice leader. You will advance your skills at the intersection of multiple disciplines, gaining exposure not only to healthcare economics but also to the strategic, technological, and operational aspects of the industry’s toughest challenges. By working across therapeutic areas, client types, and analytical approaches, you will develop a toolkit that prepares you to create and lead your own practice, equipped to solve problems others cannot.
Qualifications
MBA, JD, or PhD in Economics, Public Health, Biological Sciences, or related fields
3-5+ years of relevant experience post-graduate school, preferably in consulting or healthcare strategy
Demonstrated leadership and client management skills
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with experience in healthcare datasets and modeling
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence
Essential Qualifications Experience in healthcare market modeling, pricing and reimbursement strategy, competitive landscape assessment, economic evaluation of new therapies, or healthcare policy analysis
US Salary Range $235,000 – $245,000, plus annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
