Federal Tax Manager, Asset Management (Remote option for some locations)

Responsibilities: Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, and build and manage client relationships Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax service and advice Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with the ability to obtain approved designations/credentials within one year of hire if not already possessed Prior experience with pass-through entities, partnerships, and corporations Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to articulate complex information KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
