Gastroenterology Sentara RMH Gastroenterology is seeking a BC/BE General Gastroenterologist (outpatient only) to join our growing team. Step into a busy practice with a built-in patient base and no wait to ramp up. With our robust GI hospitalist team handling all inpatient and emergency call, you’ll enjoy no nights, weekends, or holidays — just the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and personal freedom. Opportunity Highlights: 46 days Paid Annual leave for excellent work/life balance. Annual Base Salary - $550,000 + RVU Productivity Compensation. Annual Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500. Comprehensive Benefits package with medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, and retirement plans with matching contributions. Employed position with Sentara Medical Group. Fully integrated EHR (Epic) General GI-only Paid malpractice with tail insurance.
