We are seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists who want to work in an environment which fosters positive patient outcomes through a collaborative practice model. The George Washington University Hospital is a Level I Trauma Teaching Hospital. What You Will Do

Under direction of Imaging Lead or Manager, provide general diagnostic imaging services Ability to demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines Maintaining equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition Performs examinations in a proficient, courteous, and professional manner to favorably promote the services offered at the facility

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent Diploma from accredited school of radiologic technology Minimum 2 years experience as a registered Radiology Technologist required, acute care experience preferred BLS via the American Heath Association Active American Registry of Radiology Technologist (AART) license required. Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
