We are looking for a dynamic

Sales & Product Trainer

to join the Enablement team at Apartment List. This role will be critical in equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to consistently deliver value to our partners. You’ll design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and product enablement programs that directly impact sales performance, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. If you thrive at the intersection of learning, sales, and product storytelling, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Own and deliver new hire training programs, ensuring sellers hit productivity metrics. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on sales methodology, GTM plays, and product updates. Partner with sales leadership to deliver targeted coaching based on rep performance data. Own the GTM training calendar aligned to team priorities. Content & Tools: Create and maintain a library of scalable training assets. Leverage platforms like Sana, Gong, and Highspot to track training adoption and effectiveness. Measurement & Feedback: Establish KPIs for training impact (e.g., ramp time, adoption of plays, rep confidence, quota attainment). Gather feedback from reps and managers to continuously iterate training programs. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related role within SaaS or marketplace environments. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills; able to engage both in-person and virtual audiences. Proven ability to translate complex product features into customer-facing value messaging. Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and GTM teams. Experience using enablement and training platforms (e.g., Sana, Gong, Highspot, Seismic). Data-driven mindset; comfortable measuring and reporting training effectiveness. What Success Looks Like: New sellers ramp to quota faster and with greater confidence. Managers report higher consistency and effectiveness in rep coaching. Training programs directly correlate with improved pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Pay Range:

We carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The Compensation Range Is: Tier 1: $103K–$125K+ bonus and equity. Tier 2: $96K–$116K+ bonus and equity. Tier 3: $88K–$106K+ bonus and equity. Please note, the compensation details reflect cash compensation only and do not include benefits and perks that we offer. This is a fully remote position within the US, with minimal travel.
