Customer-specific Conversational Styles: Develop a framework to implement empathetic, trustworthy AI interactions aligned with customer needs.

Metrics & Impact: Establish and monitor metrics to measure product performance and customer impact (end user satisfaction, task completion, staff time saved).

Market Research & Innovation: Continuously analyze market trends and opportunities in end-user engagement and healthcare AI.

Customer Insights & Empathy

Be the expert on customers and end users, understanding workflows, conversational patterns, language, and questions asked.

Champion continuous discovery by analyzing transcripts, logs, and interviews to uncover insights on behavior and intent.

Translate customer and business needs into a backlog of user stories, dialogue flows, and AI response requirements for engineering.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead a product team of ML engineers, designers, and data analysts through the full development lifecycle.

Test and refine AI behaviors using qualitative feedback and data analytics.

Partner with engineering, design, and legal to enforce ethical guardrails, safety protocols, and escalation paths to human agents.

Bridge technical and business teams to ensure relevance and seamless integration into customer workflows.

Advocate the product vision with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption.

Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and launch plans.

What You Will Need To Accomplish The Job

5+ years of product management experience, with full lifecycle ownership from ideation to launch and iteration.

Experience delivering AI-powered products across channels (voice, SMS, email, in-app chat) with maintained context across interactions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Data-informed and analytical mindset with hands-on analytics to drive product decisions.

Empathy and passion for solving complex problems to improve end users’ lives.

Humility, active listening, and a bias toward reducing ambiguity to move projects forward.

What Will Make Us Love You

2–3+ years of direct product management experience focused on AI/ML products, with preference for Generative AI or conversational AI.

Hands-on knowledge of modern conversational AI development: prompt engineering, conversational flow design, LLM evaluation metrics, and RAG workflows.

Experience measuring and optimizing conversational quality with KPIs like intent recognition accuracy, response relevance, and containment rate.

Nice to have: knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA implications for product design).
