OE Federal is seeking to hire a
Branch Manager ! Your purpose will be to maintain member and co-worker relationships, manage branch operations, processes and staff, by building on our team-focused environment which centers on providing a high-quality member service experience. Responsibilities: Plan, direct, organize and oversee operational activities of the branch, including branch sales, and branch security. Personnel management including hiring, training and development of staff. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills when issues arise. Maintain professional and positive public relations with members by actively participating in union functions. Maintain a current notary public certificate. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Associate's degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar role, or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of work experience in a similar role required. Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Proficiency with JHA Symitar preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Salary Range $68,640 - $101,986 .
