This team member is supporting a U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agency by collecting, analyzing, and reporting the results of intelligence data. This team member will identify trends, patterns, and links to criminal activity by developing GIS tools and working directly with law enforcement personnel. This team member will apply repeatable analytical methods to optimize research results and prepare detailed, actionable reports and presentations that support screening and vetting, lead development, and criminal analysis. Active Top Secret (TS) What You Will Need
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's Degree FIVE (5) or more years of experience with ESRI tools such as ArcGIS with at least THREE (3) years of experience with law enforcement, defense, and/or the intelligence community and THREE (3) years of experience aggregating intelligence data, leveraging link analysis and/or data visualization tools to optimize the presentation of quantitative and qualitative results What Would Be Nice To Have
Knowledge of mapping products within ERSI tool set Experience creating and maintaining geodatabases, shapefiles, maps, using software such as Adobe Illustrator and ArcGIS. Dashboard development skill sets using Tableau or PowerBI Coding experience using Arcpy in ArcGIS Experience supporting research studies and business analytics by using spatial statistics and network analysis. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
