The Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management Manager plays a critical role in ensuring HawaiiUSA FCU's supply chain operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing governance of the end-to-end procurement process, partnering with stakeholders on vendor sourcing and selection to contract negotiation and ongoing vendor relationship management. The manager will lead risk assessments and compliance checks to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure adherence to financial industry standards. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, this role drives strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company’s financial goals and operational needs. Ultimately, the manager ensures that vendor partnerships deliver maximum value while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationship management Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor selection processes. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and risk assessment methodologies relevant to procurement. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Qualifications

Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (have already or will be required to attain within 1 year). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably within the finance industry. Experience with procurement software and vendor management systems. Advanced knowledge of financial regulations impacting procurement in the finance sectors. Experience coordinating cross-functional team purchases and managing complex vendor portfolios. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines for goods and services. Conduct thorough vendor evaluations, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor agreements to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing activities accordingly. Monitor vendor performance continuously and manage relationships to foster long-term partnerships and resolve any issues promptly. Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Stay updated on market trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in procurement and vendor management within the finance industry. Skills

The required skills such as risk assessment and compliance requirements are essential for identifying and mitigating potential supply chain vulnerabilities and ensuring all procurement activities meet regulatory standards.
