Job Title: Inventory Control Picker
Job Description
Using a Cherry Picker, manage daily cycle counts and correct inventory-related variances, providing accurate data and reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor or Manager using Eclipse and Excel. Observe, audit, record, report, and correct discrepancies across all operations involving inventory control. Identify performance barriers, assist in root cause analysis, and develop action plans for resolution.
Responsibilities

Research and correct inventory-related variances.
Provide accurate data and reports to management.
Observe, audit, record, report, and correct operational discrepancies.
Identify barriers to performance and assist in root cause analysis.
Develop action plans to resolve performance issues.
Essential Skills
Must have experience operating a Cherry Picker
Picker experience
Experience in a large distribution environment
Computer literacy
Experience performing cycle counts
Proficiency in Eclipse and Excel
Ability to analyze productivity reports
Schedule
The shift starts at 5 am and continues until completion.
Work Environment
Work in a very large, fast-paced warehouse exceeding 220,000 square feet with over 25 bay doors.
The warehouse is kept very clean and is organized into sections, including a large pick segment with floor-to-ceiling racks and a wire guidance system.
Employees are expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in their workspaces.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
