The Vail Ski & Snowboard School Product Manager is a member of the Vail Ski and Snowboard School management team who is responsible for the overall quality of all program products at the location. Job Specifications Starting Wage: Starting at $58,000 annually Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: 18+ Years Housing Availability: No Outlet: Vail Job Responsibilities Hiring and Training Managing and coaching instructors and supervisors Scheduling staff, assigning work, and booking private lessons when needed Overall morale of program staff Workplace safety and support of all safety initiatives Quality control of all product within the program Communication with Location Manager, supervisors and inside staff personnel Administrative duties Driving value for the company Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High School Degree or Equivalent required, College degree – preferred Minimum three years as a full time instructor for a recognized ski and snowboard school – required At least two years management experience with the Vail Ski and Snowboard School – preferred Minimum PSIA/AASI Level 3 Certification – Required Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access) required Must read, speak, and comprehend English and possess writing and editing skills – required Excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be organized and detail oriented – required Vail Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
