Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Strategic Engagement: Serve as the primary coordinator for the Founder’s personal and professional network ensuring relationships are cultivated, remembered, and strengthened. Act as the Founder’s proxy, engaging with warmth, discretion, and diplomacy in person, by phone, and across digital channels. Ensure consistent touchpoints with key relationships by tracking birthdays, milestones, and personal updates, and coordinating thoughtful gestures and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records and insights in CRM systems to inform future interactions and strategic outreach. Travel: Travel with the Founder 25–50% of the time to cities such as London, Delhi, and New York — ensuring each trip is purposeful, productive, and flawlessly executed. Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing materials, and background notes for every engagement. Ensure seamless logistics, timely follow-ups, and continuous alignment on priorities during travel. Preparation & Follow Through: Ensure the Founder is fully prepared for each meeting — providing context, reminders, and key talking points. Take notes, track commitments, and drive follow-up actions to completion. Proactively manage the Founder’s time and energy — prioritizing what matters most, flagging overcommitments, and maintaining focus. Event & Convening Support: Collaborate on the design and execution of exclusive gatherings and high-touch experiences that bring together global leaders across business, philanthropy, culture, and social impact. Support invitations, guest management, and post-event engagement. Executive Communications: Support preparation of speeches, remarks, and personalized messages aligned with the Founder’s values and vision. Represent the Founder in select interactions and correspondence, ensuring tone, intent, and impact are aligned. Strategic & Operational Support: Translate the Founder’s vision into clear, actionable priorities with measurable outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and external partners to ensure initiatives move forward effectively. Maintain a pulse on key commitments, philanthropic projects, and strategic opportunities Who We’re Looking For

Proven Global Operator: 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, operations, relationship management, or a Chief of Staff type role, with direct experience working alongside CEOs, founders, or executive teams. Influential Connector: A demonstrated ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, heads of state, philanthropists, investors, entrepreneurs, and cultural figures across industries and geographies, with diplomacy, credibility, and influence. Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to craft compelling narratives, develop executive-level presentations, and represent the founder credibly in diverse settings. Event & Convening Leader: Skilled at planning and executing high-end events and global convenings that create meaningful connections and advance strategic goals. Strategic & Systems Thinker: Adept at managing complexity, distilling insights, and building scalable processes. Strong background in strategic planning and the ability to align global vision with local execution. Collaborative Leader: Exceptional cross-organization partnership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and accelerate delivery across teams with competing priorities. Project Driver: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously, synthesize insights from complex or conflicting data, and drive execution in rapidly changing environments. Creative Visionary: A proactive, highly motivated self-starter who balances structure with creativity to deliver fresh, differentiated approaches. Professional & Discreet: Highly professional, discreet, and skilled at navigating sensitive business and personal matters with judgment and confidentiality. Globally Mobile: Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, often accompanying the founder to high-priority meetings and events.
