YOUR ROLE The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the Procurement practice of a leading management consulting firm. They will demonstrate: A comprehensive understanding of current industry dynamics and emerging trends in Procurement, with a broader perspective on the evolving Supply Chain landscape
Deep expertise across key Procurement capability areas, including: Procurement Strategy
Procurement Organization & Operating Model Design
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Process Improvement & Optimization
Spend Analysis & Cost Reduction Initiatives
Procurement Technology & Package Selection
Broader experience across other Supply Chain disciplines such as: Supply Chain Planning
Logistics & Distribution
Manufacturing Operations
Supply Chain Analytics
A strong
executive presence
with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
YOUR PROFILE We would love to see a candidate with: Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible
