Sr. Product Manager for Agreements Search at Docusign. You will lead the transformation of search within the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform—making it smarter, more relevant, and agreement-centric. Build a next-generation, AI-powered search experience that helps customers quickly find the right agreement, clause, or insight—no matter where it lives. You’ll partner with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to reimagine how search works across the agreement lifecycle. Invest in search instrumentation, platform capabilities, and intelligent retrieval—empowering users to navigate complex agreement data intuitively and effectively. Your work will redefine how customers interact with their most important business documents. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management. Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision for a search user experience centered around agreements within the IAM platform Lead platform and instrumentation initiatives to improve search intelligence, relevance, and performance Partner with engineering, AI teams and other Search PMs to build scalable experiences that surface semantic search and ML-powered ranking Collaborate with design and user research teams to shape intuitive, insightful, and assistive user experiences Engage directly with customers to understand how they search today and where the experience should evolve Partner cross-functionally with other product teams, marketing, and sales to align on messaging and value delivery Measure success with a data-driven mindset, instrumenting key workflows and iterating based on usage and insights What you bring

Basic

8+ years of experience in Product Management 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Experience in building enterprise-grade search products, including information retrieval, semantic search, or AI-powered experiences Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams Customer-first mindset with experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback Preferred

Experience with platform product management or instrumentation systems Strong storytelling, communication, and executive presence Track record of driving product strategy from vision through successful execution Familiarity with agreement lifecycle management, legal tech, or document platforms Job details

Hybrid: Employee divides time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation. Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. California: 140,000.00 - 225,075.00 base salary; Washington: 133,800.00 - 197,750.00 base salary. Benefits
