Senior Business Deployment Analyst, Commercial (Remote)

As a Senior Business Deployment Analyst at Stryker, you’ll play a key role in deploying our Commercial Template processes across divisions, functions, and geographies. What You Will Do
Support deployment activities across sales order, billing, allocation, revenue management, pricing, and rebate processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
Partner with subject matter experts to drive adoption of new business processes and coordinate their involvement in key deployment milestones
Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment
Participate in process workshops and collaborate with global and business process leads to refine and document workflows
Coordinate with change management and training teams to support business process mapping, training delivery, and cutover planning
Assist business teams with data cleansing, migration, and conversion to ensure accuracy of master and transactional data
Contribute to the creation and delivery of training content and provide hyper-care support post go-live
Lead testing activities including test script review, data readiness, and execution to validate process functionality
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, or minimum 6 years of equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant process areas working with ERP and CRM systems
Experience in data analysis and process documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation
Experience with the Commercial Order to Cash process
Familiarity with SAP contract types and Flex Financial order entry processes
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, and/or Model N platforms
$69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
