Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Material handlers collaborate to fill and prepare material orders for shipment to our customers. This role involves operating overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers.
Responsibilities
Fill and prepare material orders for shipment.
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers.
Participate in a three-week training program to be certified on sit-down forklifts, standup side loaders, and overhead cranes.
Perform general labor tasks, including packing and cleaning, during training.
Essential Skills
Experience in material handling.
General labor skills.
Proficiency in loading, packaging, and order picking.
Experience with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.
Shipping and receiving knowledge.
Experience with reach trucks.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs from ground to chest.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Certification in sit-down forklifts, standup side loaders, and overhead crane upon completion of training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
