Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Use SAP and Schaeffler production systems to input, update, and retrieve production data.
Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools to support production planning and analysis.
Identify potential production delays or issues and proactively communicate with relevant departments.
Assist in maintaining production documentation and compliance records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data and workflows.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
Associate's degree, or a high school diploma with proven relevant experience
Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of manufacturing routings, bills of materials (BOM), and QS/TS 9000 requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in computer applications, including mainframe systems, PC-based software, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of plant operations
Ability to utilize scheduling reports to ensure on-time shipments
Capable of understanding and adapting manufacturing procedures and timelines
Able to lift moderately heavy items as required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in business or similar
Multiple years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
SAP knowledge
