Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business improvements or ERP systems for clients Coordinate project timelines with teams to meet checkpoints and client satisfaction Manage resources allocation and capacity planning for the project Establish solution architecture to drive NextGen releases Build data migration utilities for NextGen releases Deliver architectural/design deliverables, mentor leads and team members to deliver the NextGen program Identify and derive integrated solution architecture; develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives Coordinate program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks; oversee completion and sign-off on program deliverables Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client leadership Lead scoping of prospective engagements and development of proposals Qualifications

Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with a strong understanding of transformation program objectives Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions; strong business language skills 3+ years in SAP Commodity Management (CM), CPE, Commodity and Risk Management, CTRM and Hedge Accounting Experience with SAP CM, CPE and related modules; end-to-end implementation knowledge Proven ability to define, plan, and execute end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions Functional analysis experience supporting SAP CM processes; requirements gathering and functional specs for custom developments Develop proofs of concepts in SAP CM; integration knowledge with MM, SD, TRM, FICO Experience leading sales opportunities and specific functional streams Strong leadership, client relationship skills, and ability to work with C-level stakeholders Minimum 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations with multi-module scope; 10+ years in transformational ERP consulting or equivalent At least 6 years of proposal and business case development; proven sales experience Ability to articulate SAP S/4HANA value to business; capable of leading steering and project meetings Willingness to travel up to 100% Bachelors degree or equivalent Remote role with travel to client. Salary Range: $218,600-$287,000 per year.
