Job Summary:
Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.
Qualified Candidates:
24-hour shifts No on-call duties Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter) First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians Strong, reliable back-up call system Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success Join a cohesive, collaborative, and energetic group of hospitalists who value trust, communication, and teamwork
Incentive/Benefits Package:
Guaranteed hourly rate Extra shift incentive pay is available Holiday pay incentives Employment agreement through Physician Services Group Comprehensive malpractice coverage Rich benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) CME, dues, and professional subscription allowance Relocation assistance available Texas is a tort reform state with no state income tax

433-bed, acute care hospital in South Arlington Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds Level III Maternal Designation 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms 23 labor and delivery rooms 3 C-section operating rooms GME teaching hospital
