Lead the Americas Acquiring Card Scheme Compliance team (including Canada, US, Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico). Ensure team tasks and projects align with the company’s strategic goals. Monitor team performance, address shortcomings, and communicate results clearly. Set clear, achievable performance goals aligned with personal and team objectives. Guide the team toward targets and required quality, addressing deficiencies and driving improvements. Contribute to the team’s outputs to meet quality requirements and delivery timelines when needed. Represent the team across work streams and products to align with global objectives and ensure controlled, compliant growth. Strengthen knowledge and education management across the global business. Handle escalations from senior management and advise internal stakeholders; liaise with external stakeholders and auditors as needed. Who you are

5-8+ years’ experience in payments, credit card industry, and/or second-line compliance functions. Ability to develop teams, manage workflows, and drive process improvements. Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and robust process design skills. Experience serving as an escalation point for card network compliance challenges. Strong knowledge of card network rules and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders and merchants from diverse backgrounds. Comfort addressing senior management and influencing across all levels of the organization. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Who we are
