Full-time schedule:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday , with occasional extended hours/holidays. Location: 30955 US-93, Ely, NV 89301 What You'll Do As an

Inventory Specialist , you will:

Maintain inventory accuracy across plants in process, raw materials, and finished goods. Perform regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations. Document and track product flow in METRC, Distru, and internal systems. Support order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping processes with precision. Collaborate with sales, compliance, and production teams to ensure product availability. Keep inventory "audit-ready" at all times while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Work in various greenhouse departments and additional projects as needed. What We're Looking For

21+ years old and able to obtain a Nevada Cannabis Agent Card. 1+ years of experience in admin, inventory, logistics, data entry, or supply chain (cannabis experience a plus). Familiarity with inventory software; METRC experience highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under pressure. Ability to work independently while supporting team operations. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift. Comfortable working in a greenhouse/post-harvest environment with changing temps and humidity. Manual dexterity for handling, packaging, labeling, and scanning products. Exposure to plant odors, dust, and repetitive motion tasks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the day Visual acuity to inspect product quality, labeling, and inventory documentation Occasional use of ladders or step stools for inventory access
