Apply groundbreaking approaches to proteomic analysis at multiple resolutions, from bulk to single cell and spatial. Build new platforms to help drive insights in target identification, target validation, and therapeutic optimization. Be a part of a motivated team dedicated to deploying groundbreaking technologies to support the identification and development of small and large molecule therapeutics for diseases within Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. Work in an exciting, interdisciplinary environment, overlapping the different stages of the discovery pipeline. You Will Be Responsible To

Drive the build of novel platforms for the analysis of single cell and spatial proteomics samples working with colleagues with expertise in data infrastructure, bioinformatics, and biostatistics. Join a team of wet lab scientists enabling proteomic insights across a wide variety of programs and therapeutic modalities. Plan and perform wet lab proteomic activities related to target engagement/deconvolution/identification, therapeutic optimization, and interactome networking. Work hands on with our fleet of next generation LC-MS systems maintaining, building, and deploying high throughput methodologies to drive program and target insights. Present data and reports on project status at individual, working group, and project meeting settings. Demonstrate creativity and apply novel approaches to solving scientific problems. Propose novel and practical ideas, aligned with scientific strategies and demands. Qualifications

A Doctoral degree (in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field) is required. 3 years of proven experience in an industrial mass spectrometry lab setting is required. Experience maintaining and deploying liquid chromatography (Vanquish Neo or Evosep One) and mass spectrometry (Bruker timsTOF, Thermo Tribrid) instrumentation is required. Experience processing and analyzing large scale proteomic datasets is required. Strong planning and project coordination skills with the ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent interpersonal skills working to enable working on a multidisciplinary team is required. Experience using single cell or spatial proteomics is required. Preferred

Experience in a pharmaceutical setting is preferred. Experience using the Thermo Astral and Evosep is preferred. Proficiency with lab liquid handling automation (AssayMAP Bravo, Beckman Biomek, Hamilton Microlab STAR, TECAN Fluent, Dynamic Devices Lynx) use is preferred. Proficiency in microscopy for spatial proteomics or single cell handling platforms (Cellenone, Uno) is preferred. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $197,800.
