Overview

Instructional Systems Designer at Flatter, Inc. to support the FBI training mission, providing training and professional development to the FBI workforce and partner agencies. The Training Divisions support FBI Headquarters and field divisions in planning and executing career development training, including curriculum, funding, instruction, evaluation, tracking, reporting, and implementation. Responsibilities

Provide curriculum development support services in line with the FBI Technical Manual and Standard Operating Procedures while implementing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of Instructional System Design (ISD). Follow a systematic ISD process as detailed in the FBI’s Technical Manual for Training Development. Design courses or curricula using the ADDIE model as assigned by instructional systems specialists and developers. Analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create learning objectives, map objectives to tasks, select delivery methods, develop learning strategies, and conduct level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations. Ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items; participate in curriculum/test validation as required. Experience: 10+ years as an Instructional Systems Specialist. Implement the ADDIE model within the FBI curriculum development framework across all phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 15+ years’ experience in education or instructional design; Required Experience (years of experience/certifications) 10+ years’ experience in education or instructional design Security Clearance

Current Top Secret Work environment
