Vice President of Manufacturing

who will oversee plant operations and capital expansion in a rapidly growing network. This leader will initially be responsible for two sites (with $30MM in capital investment underway) with the potential of adding scope and sites. Reporting to the SVP of Manufacturing & Engineering, the VP will be accountable for delivering strong operational results across safety, quality, cost, and service, while ensuring year-over-year performance improvement. In addition to site operations, the VP will lead cross-functional teams in R&D, Engineering, and Operations to deliver on major capital projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget. This individual will be a critical member of the leadership team, driving value creation in a

private equity–backed, growth-oriented environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set and execute manufacturing strategy

to drive throughput, efficiency, and scalability across a multi-site network. Deliver results

across safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity, ensuring alignment with business and budgetary goals. Partner strategically

with commercial leaders to align operations with customer needs and business priorities. Drive continuous improvement

through DH manufacturing processes, manufacturing automation, and data-driven decision-making tools. Champion collaboration

across procurement, supply chain, R&D, engineering, quality, and logistics to optimize end-to-end performance. Lead capital expansion projects

from design through execution, ensuring investments deliver capacity, ROI, and long-term competitive advantage. Build organizational capability,

including succession planning, leadership development, and a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion. Safeguard compliance

with regulatory, GFSI, FDA/USDA, environmental, and sustainability requirements. Ensure operational resilience

through robust food safety, risk management, and business continuity planning. Engage with senior leadership, board members, and investors

to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities. CANDIDATE PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business (MBA a plus) 15+ years of experience as a Plant Manager and multi-site leader in food manufacturing or CPG; private equity exposure strongly preferred Demonstrated success in transformation and change management, integration of culture and process, installing processes and systems that drive measurable improvement. Prior proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems preferred. Experience in a high growth environment required Proven track record leading facility expansions, equipment installation, and/or new site integrations Strong business acumen with full P&L awareness; ability to link operational performance to financial outcomes and enterprise value creation Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching, accountability, and talent development Experienced in fast-paced, complex, and fluid environments; comfortable balancing strategic planning with daily execution Strong communicator with the ability to influence across operations, commercial, finance, and investor stakeholders WORKING CONDITIONS Combination of office and plant/manufacturing environments At least 50%+ North American travel Location:

May be located near HQ or plant sites (St. Paul, MN; Aurora, CO; Kennesaw, GA; Humble, TX) or remote location may be considered with increased travel frequency expected.
