As a member of the Foundation Services team, a Foundations Technical Trainer provides on-site technical field training for NEXTracker’s customers during the project construction phase. The trainer collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to quickly resolve on-site issues, trains clients on the recommended foundation solutions, and documents training progress and field issues to support ongoing improvements to our technology and processes. Provide on-site technical training to customers with the goal of integrating NEXTracker Foundation Solutions technology into their projects Document and communicate customer feedback, issues, and other critical information to internal stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve technology and processes, using analytical engineering decisions independently or with internal teams Jobsite operational and technical support Train and complete onboarding of Foundation Solutions machine operators Learn, train, and incorporate foundation installation techniques and specifications Train and support on-site mechanic teams Identify and report safety concerns promptly with attention to detail Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors Conduct technical training for customers and field operators Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years leading and supervising pile driving, drill rig operation, field training, or related heavy equipment experience 7+ years hands-on experience with operating heavy machinery, foundation installation, or construction site operations Experience leading teams in the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar tracker foundation solutions Experience in customer interactions while providing technical training in equipment operations Experience in construction or construction management Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and best practices Knowledge of solar tracker systems, foundation installation techniques, and pile driving equipment is a plus Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site plans Education: Technical certificates in heavy machinery engineering or construction (e.g., CCA, CCM, Certified Crane Operator Certification, or Assistive Design Certificate) preferred OSHA Certification is a plus Trust Driver Certification is a plus Benefits

Some positions may be eligible for stock compensation. Salary is market-based and ranges per location; for this role, the annual salary range is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. Equal Opportunity
