TikTok Responsibilities The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team's mission is to solve the dilemma of building industry-leading tech solutions for ads creative/landing page understanding, production/generation, and optimization, to inspire and empower advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users. Our work is at the core of TikTok and creator monetization. Examples of our team's work include TikTok video editor, AI-powered smart video generation, and TikTok creative exchange (a creative marketplace to connect TikTok advertisers with creators or third-party creative agencies). Build highly scalable machine learning systems and state-of-the-art machine learning models to improve ads ranking quality and optimize advertisers' marketing strategies. Explore, develop, and experiment with new features to improve model accuracy. Understand ads platform objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning to improve ads relevance, quality, and quantity delivered to end-users. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields. Experienced and demonstrated knowledge of machine learning, and experience in recommendation systems, computational advertising, or operational planning algorithms. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, proficient in Python/C++/Golang languages. Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving. Good team player with strong communication skills; experience in project management; strong perseverance and courage to help the business to a higher level. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
