We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our communication strategies are aligned with our brand’s values and objectives. Responsibilities
Draft and distribute press releases and media materials to promote the organization's initiatives. Manage and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and their impact. Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media representatives to enhance visibility. Assist in the planning and execution of public relations campaigns and events. Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent messaging across various platforms. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with media monitoring tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated understanding of public relations and media relations principles. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. Benefits
