Mid Level Energy Programs Procurement Expert
ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Mid Level Energy Programs Procurement Expert to support requirements that address the global demand for, and use of, modern energy services by fostering sustainable energy development in countries assisted by a US Federal Agency. This role will be anchored in the USA but will service international projects. This is a contract contingent position with long-term work engagements for strategic resources. The Mid Level Energy Programs Procurement Expert will support and participate in client requirements to enable the Federal Agency's Energy Programs to respond to a broad range of Agency priorities, including post-disaster and post-conflict recovery, economic growth and poverty reduction, regional security, and environmental stewardship for the Agency's Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3). The work will cover four technical themes: Clean Energy, Energy Poverty, Energy Sector Governance and Reform, and Energy Security. ProSidian Consulting seeks personnel who meet both the minimum education and experience requirements set forth: Labor Category Examples for the ProSidian Mid Level Energy Programs Procurement Expert are Procurement, Contracting Specialist, Tender Expert for Engineering Services, EPC Contracts, BOT and PPP Concessions. Minimum education/experience required for the Mid Level Energy Programs Procurement Expert: W/Ph.D. and 4 Yrs. Experience | W/JD/All But Dissertation (ABD) and 5 Yrs. Experience | W/MS/MA/MBA and 6 Yrs. Experience | W/BS/BA and 7 Yrs. Experience | W/Less than BS/BA and 8 Yrs. Experience. Core competencies include: Teamwork, Leadership, Business Acumen, Communication, Motivation, Agility, Judgment, and Organization. Other requirements include understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, commitment to work with diverse backgrounds, curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn and grow.
