Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members Represent Brightli Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner Schedule client appointments and manage client flow Collect payment and handle billing and insurance matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and providers Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information Education and/or Experience Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with medical terminology and billing procedures a plus Brightli is on a Mission
