Key Accountabilities

Support the operations team in various tasks, including coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Assist with analysis and material presentation optimization activities

Maintains and analyzes inventory levels and makes recommendations.

Analyze existing operations and propose innovative ideas to streamline procedures and reduce costs.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations. Generate reports and presentations summarizing key findings to assist in decision-making processes.

Assist in project planning and labor cost and resource allocation.

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with key leader and teams to facilitate effective communication, resolve operational issues, and ensure alignment across departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

Currently pursuing a major in business Supply Chain preferred

Must have at least a junior standing, a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or above

Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer

Efficient and detail-oriented

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
